is a program of the Archdiocese of Boston for all volunteers who minister to children. This includes catechists
( teachers), office helpers, safety supervisors, classroom aides, service ministers, etc. It is a 2 hours program of certification that only needs to be completed once. There is a video presentation on keeping children safe in various situations Much of the video includes filmed scenarios with which adults are already very familiar Many of our volunteers have completed this in the past, but, if you have not, you must complete the certification process.
There are two sessions scheduled for training. The first training will be held on Thursday, February 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in the Gathering Space of the lower church. The second training will be held on Thursday, March 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in the Gathering Space of the lower church.
